With extensive functionality, highly convenient features and a host of configuration options, the virtual telephony system virtuTEL® is one of the top-performing VoIP systems on the market. It can be flexibly expanded in line with your requirements.

Integration mit Snom

The SIP standard has been fully implemented in inopla products, ensuring compatibility with VoIP telephones, softphones, telecommunication systems and routers from virtually all providers.

inopla has partnered with Snom because we believe in their products. Snom offers a range of highly versatile options and connectivity features which enable extra telephony functions that are incredibly smart and far exceed what’s possible with normal phones. That’s why we’ve fully integrated them into inopla products.

For example, any information of your choosing can be directly pushed to Snom telephone displays, e.g. the current caller’s address information, open bills or product orders, or general information about the current call queue. In conjunction with ComDesk®ACD, it is possible to make status changes at the press of a button, to view the status of other agents, to see which agents are currently available when putting a caller through ... the list is endless. If your company uses unassigned seating, users can simply enter a PIN to automatically load their profiles and settings on any phone in real time.
